Quebec Rehab Teams Celebrate Four Years of Stroke Care Innovation
Montreal,QC – Over 87 rehabilitation specialists from across the Montérégie region,along with representatives from Montreal,gathered on november 21st for a mini-summit celebrating four years of progress in post-stroke care. The event, hosted by the Direction des programmes Déficiences of the CISSS, highlighted the successful implementation of the Ministry of Health and Social Services’ Stroke Continuum within specialized adult motor disability rehabilitation teams.
The summit provided a platform too showcase advancements in stroke rehabilitation and foster new collaborations.
“The presentations were truly captivating,” said a summit organizer.

“Coup de cœur” project: Clinicians from the 7+ years and URFI teams presented their innovative project aimed at improving patient outcomes.
ATCCM Update: The Association des traumatisés cranio-cérébraux de la Montérégie (ATCCM) shared the evolution and expansion of their services for stroke survivors.
