Avintia Inmobiliaria has completed the sale of a B&B Hotel located within the Nexum Retail Park in Fuenlabrada, Spain.This transaction is a key component of a broader strategic alliance between Avintia Inmobiliaria and B&B Hotels focused on the advancement, leasing, and subsequent sale of hotel properties, initially targeting five locations within the Community of Madrid.
The hotel was acquired by a family office based in castilla y León for an undisclosed sum, with TC Real Estate Office serving as an advisory firm for the deal.The sale underscores a growing trend of institutional and private investment in the Spanish hospitality sector.
Property Details and Development
The eight-story hotel features 132 rooms across six floors. It also includes ground-floor reception, dining, and meeting facilities, alongside a mezzanine level dedicated to support services. Avintia Group oversaw the development and construction of the property, completing the project within approximately one year.

This Fuenlabrada hotel represents the first of a planned twelve hotels under the Avintia-B&B Hotels agreement, with a combined investment pipeline exceeding 100 million euros.B&B Hotels is actively expanding its presence on the Iberian Peninsula, currently operating 63 hotels in Spain and a total of 82 across Spain and Portugal as of December 23, 2023.
