Updated May 26, 2025
Amazon Web Services (AWS) has introduced a new AWS Product Lifecycle page, designed as a central source for facts regarding service availability changes. This resource aims to streamline planning for service transitions by providing detailed insights into key changes.
The AWS Product Lifecycle page offers visibility into three categories: services closing access to new customers, services announcing end of support, and services that have reached their end-of-support date. For each service, the page provides end-of-support dates, migration paths, and links to relevant documentation.
AWS says the new page helps users stay informed about changes impacting their workloads, enabling more efficient planning. The centralized nature of the resource reduces the time needed to track service lifecycle information.
The Product Lifecycle page includes updates on availability changes for select AWS services and features. AWS stated that decisions to end support for a service are made after thorough evaluation, with detailed guidance and support provided for migration.
After June 20, 2025, access to new customers will be closed for certain services. Existing customers can continue using these services.
The following services have reached their end-of-support date and are no longer accessible:

- AWS DataSync Revelation
