AYANEO Enters Dual-Screen Gaming with Flip 1S DS Handheld

AYANEO has announced the Flip 1S DS, a new dual-screen Windows handheld gaming device.Following Retroid’s dual-screen accessory, AYANEO’s offering boasts significant upgrades and enhanced power.
Resembling a Nintendo DS, the AYANEO Flip 1S DS features a 7-inch, 144Hz OLED display and a 4.5-inch IPS LCD panel. The handheld runs on Windows 11,powered by an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor,typically found in high-end laptops,positioning it as a powerful gaming handheld.
The AYANEO Flip 1S DS includes LPDDR5X RAM and an M.2 2230 slot for storage, expandable via microSD. It features medium-sized TMR electromagnetic joysticks, four face buttons, a D-pad, Linear Hall effect triggers, shortcut buttons, and an optical finger mouse.
the handheld is equipped with two full-function USB-C ports. Battery size and charging speeds have not yet been disclosed.
The combination of two screens and a powerful CPU gives the Flip 1S DS serious potential.
Pricing and availability details are yet to be announced, but the AYANEO Flip 1S DS is expected to be a premium device. The Flip 1 DS currently starts at $1,139.
