Most people suffer from back pain at some point in their lives. Usually, the discomfort passes after a few weeks.But recurring episodes can debilitate people, making daily life a hard effort.

“E já soubemos de aumento das dores dos joelhos e das pernas, mas que ocasionalmente podem ocorrer nas costas”, destaca D’souza, “porque a espinha da criança, às vezes, cresce muito mais rápido que o restante dos ossos.”

But our modern life is often sedentary and we spend a lot of time sitting working, playing, reading or watching content online.
Professionals who work in offices can rest their eyes from screens or use the stairs to stay moving. but many jobs do not offer this possibility.
“If you are a truck driver, try to stretch while sitting in traffic,” advises Siu.
“For workers in civil construction, who carry heavy loads, it is indeed necessary to follow instructions to avoid injuries and consult a physiotherapist about specific exercises.”
