Most‍ people​ suffer ⁢from back pain at some point in their⁢ lives. Usually, the⁤ discomfort ⁤passes after a few weeks.But ⁢recurring episodes can debilitate‌ people, making daily life a hard effort.

The human spine is connected too the rib​ cage and hip bones, as well as a series of tendons, ligaments, cartilage, muscles ​and nervous tissues. Thus, back pain can ​arise due to any problem in one⁣ of these regions.

“E já soubemos ⁣de aumento das dores dos joelhos e das ⁣pernas, mas que ocasionalmente⁢ podem‌ ocorrer nas costas”,‍ destaca D’souza, “porque a⁣ espinha da criança, às vezes, cresce muito mais rápido que o restante dos ossos.”

Professionals who work‍ in ‍offices can ⁤rest their eyes from screens or use the stairs to stay moving. but ⁤many jobs do not offer this possibility.

“If you⁣ are a truck driver, ​try to stretch while sitting in traffic,” advises Siu.

“For workers ⁤in civil construction, who carry heavy ⁤loads, it is indeed necessary to follow instructions to⁢ avoid injuries ⁣and ​consult a physiotherapist about specific ‌exercises.”
