Back to School Bonanza: Unlock the 3 Student Bonuses You Can Claim This September
The economic benefits seek to ease the economic burden of the representatives.
During September, the State presents three bonuses for families of students who meet a series of requirements with the aim of lightening the attorneys’ financial burden.
Among the subsidies provided this monththere is a School Achievement Bonus which highlights the students’ good grades and the School Attendance Duty Bonus which rewards those who have attended classes responsibly.
The three student bonuses paid in September
School Achievement Bonus
This is an economic benefit aimed at students in the country that is part of the Ethical Family Income (IEF) and among the requirements established to obtain this bonus, is Applicants’ families must be part of the most vulnerable 30% of the population according to the Household Social Registry (RSH).
The amount paid is:
- $78,642 for students in the top 15% the best performance of your promotion.
- $47,187 for students in the second 15% the best performance of your promotion.
The date of payment of this economic benefit is Monday, September 16.
High School Graduation Bonus
It is economic benefit It is not postulable and is given directly to secondary school students who are part of the Ethical Family Security and Income Opportunities (IEF) subsystem.
Along with this, this bonus is intended for people aged 24 or over who get their secondary education licence in an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (Mineduc).
The amount of this benefit includes a payment of $69,902 and is presented only once.
The date of payment of this benefit is from Friday September 13, 2024.
School Attendance Duty Bonus
This financial subsidy is not eligible and is paid to families belonging to the Security and Opportunities Subsystem they have children aged between 6 and 18 and studying in a school recognized by the State.
Along with this, the main requirement is that students must comply with s monthly school attendance greater than or equal to 85%.
The amount of this bonus is $11,000 and is presented over 24 months together with the Protection Bonus and the Family Foundation Bonus through a bank deposit in a RUT Account.
