Predator: Badlands Digital‍ & Home Release Dates Announced

Its been a great year for Predator, between the animated epic Killer of Killers and Badlands‘s⁣ team-up action making it one ⁣of our favourite films of the year. But if you were especially a fan of the latter, then there’s good news-Dek and Thia will be heading home very soon.

This morning 20th Century Studios announced that Predator: Badlands will release digitally on January ⁤6, ahead of a wider home release⁢ in February.

Starring ⁢Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi, Badlands follows the young Yautja Dek (Schuster-Koloamatangi) as he ventures to the antagonistic world of Genna on a quest to prove himself to his father and clan by slaying a‍ deadly beast. Encountering a heavily damaged Weyland-Yutani android on his arrival, Thia (Fanning), the unlikely pair find themselves teaming up to escape both ⁤Genna’s dangerous flora and fauna and the long reach of Thia’s creators.

The home release of Badlands will ‍include several extras, including an⁣ audio commentary by director dan Trachtenberg, featurettes on the film’s approach to Predator culture and the creation of Genna, and multiple deleted scenes. Details are below!
