Capital Raise Details

Fundamenta Real ⁤Estate AG, a Swiss real estate⁣ company⁤ specializing in residential properties in German-speaking Switzerland, successfully⁤ closed a rights offering ​on November 7, 2024, raising ⁤CHF 70 million. The offering involved the issuance of 4,119,748 new shares, priced at CHF 17.00 ⁢each. ‍ Firm commitments ‌already secured CHF 41.9 million prior to the offering’s completion.

The‌ capital raised ‍will be allocated to investments in both existing and new ​property projects, strengthening the ‍company’s equity base, and supporting general corporate purposes.
