Baltimore County Police Seek Public’s Help Locating Missing 72-Year-Old Man

Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 72-year-old Danny Luttrell, who was found in Woodlawn on February 14, 2026, unable to explain where he lives.

According to a Friday post on the Baltimore County Police Department’s Facebook page, Mr. Luttrell was discovered in Woodlawn. Authorities are seeking information that might help determine his residence and ensure his safe return.

The Baltimore County Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding Mr. Luttrell’s whereabouts or residence to contact the Woodlawn Precinct at 410-887-1340.

What we have is not an isolated case of missing persons within Baltimore County. The Baltimore County Government maintains a page dedicated to unsolved missing persons cases, actively investigated by detectives from the Police Department’s Homicide and Missing Persons Units.

While details surrounding Mr. Luttrell’s situation remain limited, the police department’s appeal highlights the importance of community involvement in locating vulnerable individuals. The Maryland State Police also offer guidance on steps to take when a person goes missing, including contacting friends, family, and employers, and filing a missing persons report with local law enforcement.

The House of Representatives met for Morning Hour on February 20, 2026, allowing members to address any topic, though this is not directly related to the search for Mr. Luttrell.
