Balu Brigada, the band consisting of brothers Henry and Pierre beasley, will release their new album, ‘Portal,’ on
Aug.29. The album, a product of three years of writing in various cities, features previously released tracks
“The Question” and “So Cold,” along with their new single, “Backseat.” The band’s sound incorporates influences
from New York’s “heavier and grungier energy” and New Zealand’s “softer and calmer” vibe.
The new single, “Backseat,” features a danceable, disco beat. Balu brigada’s new album, Portal, is available
for preorder now. The band recently supported Twenty One Pilots on their European tour.
