Banco del Mutuo Soccorso Postpones Sicilian Tour Dates Due too Illness
AGRIGENTO, italy (AP) — Italian progressive rock band Banco del Mutuo Soccorso has postponed its upcoming Sicilian tour dates due to a sudden health issue affecting one of its members. The band announced the postponement on its official Facebook page.
Sicilian Concerts Affected
The affected concerts include:
- May 5 performance at the ABC Theater in Catania
- May 6 show at the Teatro al Massimo in Palermo
- May 7 performance at the PalaCongressi in Agrigento
Band Statement
In its statement, the band said, “The kind audience is informed that, due to a sudden health problem that has affected one of the band members, the imminent Sicilian dates - 5, 6 and 7 may – of the Mutual Aid Banco are postponed.”
The statement continued, promising further details: “A detailed press release with the new dates and information relating to the validity of the tickets already purchased or the methods of any refund will be published as soon as possible on the official channels. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you.”
Return to Agrigento Delayed
The May 7 concert at the PalaCongressi in Agrigento would have marked Banco del Mutuo Soccorso’s return to the city after more than two years. The band previously performed at the same venue.
