BANPU Shares Surge 9.16% Amid Plans for US Listing

BANPU shares experienced a significant increase, jumping 9.16% to 7.15 baht, with a trading value of 1,928.09 million baht at 10.41 am. The stock opened at 6.65 baht and reached a high of 7.30 baht, with a low of 6.65 baht.

Banpu Public Company Limited’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Kiran Limpaphayom, revealed that the company expects to list its subsidiary, BKV Corporation (BKV), on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol “BKV” before the end of the year. This move follows an initial public offering (IPO) of 15,000,000 new common shares, with an initial offering price range of 19-21 USD per share.
