Despite recent layoffs of 10% ⁣of ⁣its staff due⁣ to reimbursement issues, bayada’s latest annual report highlights⁤ important rate⁤ increases across several states ⁤in 2024. The report also details the company’s ⁤employee ⁢development strategy and overall growth achievements. Bayada provides home health, home care, hospice, and behavioral health care services across 22 states, ⁤and also internationally⁢ in‍ Germany, India, Ireland, New Zealand, and South Korea. ⁢The company employs about 33,000 people and‍ serves an average of 46,000 clients weekly.
