BBC Celebrity Traitors Season 2 Full Cast Photos: Bella Ramsey, Michael Sheen and More

The BBC has officially announced the full cast for the second series of The Celebrity Traitors, assembling a group of 21 actors, comedians, musicians, and broadcasters to compete in the high-stakes game of deception. The upcoming season will see the contestants gather at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands to vie for a £100,000 prize for their chosen charities.

The expanded lineup features a mix of international stars and British household names. Among the actors joining the competition are Bella Ramsey, known for their roles in Game of Thrones and The Last of Us, as well as Academy Award nominee Richard E. Grant, who recently appeared in the film Saltburn. Other acting cast members include Michael Sheen, Myha’la, Sharon Rooney, Julie Hesmondhalgh, Ross Kemp, and Sebastian Croft.

The comedy circuit is well-represented in the second series. Comedians Joe Lycett, Miranda Hart, James Acaster, and Joanne McNally are set to participate. The series will also put the well-known friendship of Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan to the test as they navigate the game’s mechanics of betrayal and trust.

Rounding out the cast are several prominent media figures and artists. Broadcasters Maya Jama and Amol Rajan, alongside mathematician Professor Hannah Fry, will enter the castle. The musical and fashion worlds are represented by former Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock, singer James Blunt, and American model and actress Jerry Hall. YouTuber and professional boxer King Kenny also joins the 21-person roster.

Production and Broadcast Details

The second series of the celebrity spin-off will consist of ten hour-long episodes. Claudia Winkleman is confirmed to return as the host, continuing her role in guiding the contestants through the psychological warfare of the castle.

The announcement follows a period of significant growth for the franchise. The first series of The Celebrity Traitors concluded with Alan Carr emerging as the victor, with the finale attracting 15.4 million viewers. The broader Traitors brand has seen similar success; the most recent regular series broadcast in January recorded more than 12 million viewers per episode.

Filming for the second celebrity edition is scheduled to take place over the summer at the 19th-century Ardross Castle, located north of Inverness. The BBC has scheduled the series to air this autumn.
