Apple Corps, the media corporation founded by the Beatles, announced Tuesday the appointment of Tom ⁢Greene as its new chief executive officer. Greene’s role places him‍ at the helm of the company managing the Fab Four’s enduring musical ‍legacy.

Greene⁣ brings a wealth of experiance to the role. He is known for his work with the Harry Potter franchise, including executive positions at Pottermore Publishing and later as CFO and general manager at Wizarding World Digital, a joint venture between warner Media and Pottermore. He currently serves as chief operating officer of the esports programming company Blast and‍ remains on the board at Pottermore.

The appointment of Greene follows Jeff⁢ Jones’⁤ departure⁢ in October after 17 years as Apple Corps’ CEO. The Beatles established Apple Corps in 1968. Greene ‍is only the third CEO in ‍the company’s history.
