Live Broadcasting of Cases of Public Importance

This move is intended to promote transparency and accountability, allowing the public to witness the judicial process firsthand.
Improving Transparency and Accountability

Reforms in the Cause List Approval Process

The Chief Justice is now responsible for approving the cause list, and if it is not passed, the registrar has the authority to organize the hearing of cases.
Acknowledging Bias in the Judiciary
Chief Justice Isa acknowledged that every judge has some bias, which is shaped by their experiences and background. He noted that this bias is not unique to Pakistan and is a common phenomenon worldwide. However, he emphasized the importance of acknowledging and addressing this bias to ensure fair decision-making.
