This achievement marks a major step forward in GDIZ’s integration into the global supply chains of the ready-to-wear sector. The collaboration with US POLO ASSN. is expected to produce volumes of over a million pieces in the next few years, in partnership with INCOM SPA, the European market licensee for the US Polo Assn. brand.
High-Quality Garments for the European Market
The first shipment, aimed at the Italian market, includes a range of high-quality garments designed to meet POLO USA’s exacting standards. These include:
- Hooded sweatshirts
- Polo shirts
- T-shirts
This partnership with US POLO ASSN. follows several other successful consignments for international brands such as The Children’s Place (TCP) and KIABI. The confidence shown by these brands has strengthened GDIZ’s position as a key player in textile production in Africa.
