Chick-fil-A ranked fifth in the study. Some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with a recent change to the recipe for its Waffle Potato Fries. One Redditor commented, “They ruined the waffle fries! Why? Why? Why? Something that was so good and they ruined it!”
