Emporia, Kan. – Top cyclists are meticulously preparing their bikes for the grueling Unbound Gravel race, the world’s premier gravel event. From extensive tire collections to bringing multiple bikes, racers are leaving nothing to chance.
Alexey Vermeulen, Keegan Swenson, and Hannah Otto are among those fine-tuning their equipment. Their choices reflect the chaotic and unpredictable nature of the race, where equipment can make or break a competitor’s chances.
Vermeulen is riding an Enve Mog, while Swenson is on a Santa Cruz Stigmata. Swenson has sized up from a size small to a medium. He is also using Enve SES Aero bars with SRAM Red AXS levers.
