Parvathy Thiruvoth explained that she was drawn to the character of Kanchanamala because of her unique perspective on love. “I didn’t cast my characters as strong women,” she said. “Tessa in Charlie is strong and a little lost at the same time. Kanchanamala is as strong as it is very swollen.”

Parvathy Thiruvoth revealed that she was intrigued by the character of Kanchanamala and wanted to explore her complexities. “I wanted to see how I would play Kanchanamala,” she said. “Because he wasn’t like me. I can’t do Kanchanamala differently. The same goes for Tessa.”
