Bible Ministry and ​CURE International Partner to Spread Gospel

A global Bible ministry is joining forces with CURE International, a faith-based nonprofit, to provide Bibles to‌ children worldwide. The initiative aims to deliver⁢ more than 87,000 Bibles in 22 languages to young patients receiving​ surgical care.

The partnership between Biblica and CURE International​ seeks to ensure that every child treated at CURE hospitals has access to the Gospel​ in their native​ language. CURE International operates eight children’s hospitals, primarily in Africa and the Philippines.

Since its founding in 1996, CURE International reports it has performed over 330,000 surgeries. The organization⁣ also ‍says it has reached 2.1 million⁢ people with the gospel.

Justin Narducci, president and CEO of CURE International, said the hospitals are helping⁣ children⁤ grow ⁤in faith. CURE international offers⁣ free⁣ surgical‍ care for children with conditions ‍like clubfoot, cleft lip, hydrocephalus, and spina bifida.

According to CURE, this year’s effort aims to provide 87,300 Bibles to children and their‌ families ⁤in 22 languages.

Hawa, ⁣a patient in Malawi, found ⁣comfort in the Bible while ⁤receiving treatment for a limb condition. She displayed her favorite verse, Ephesians 5:20, above her bed.

‌​ “Our partnership⁣ with Biblica⁤ places ‍the⁣ living Word of god ⁤directly into the hands of those we serve, planting seeds of‍ faith that will grow for a lifetime,” Narducci said.

biblica, ⁤founded in 1809, focuses on making the Bible accessible in ‌various formats and​ languages, ⁢especially in impoverished areas.

Geof Morin, ​president and CEO of Biblica, emphasized the ⁤importance of collaboration. “To deliver life-changing Bibles to those who need them, we depend on ⁣strategic partners ⁤serving as the⁣ hands and feet of Jesus on the very frontlines of⁣ gospel mission,” Morin said.

‌ “We pray that this new supply of Bibles for⁢ children and adults will bring⁢ the comfort and love of‌ Jesus to thousands in their hour of need,” he added.
