Carroll, an ex-England football star, was questioned twice by Greek authorities following reported arguments with his current girlfriend, make-up artist Lou Teasdale. The incidents allegedly occurred at a restaurant and their hotel.
A restaurant worker at Nikolus Tavern said Carroll “seemed very drunk and furious” with Teasdale, using “very bad words.” Police were called and spoke with Carroll before he returned to Teasdale. Hours later, hotel staff reported damage to their room, prompting another police visit.
