The Attorney General’s⁣ Office Saves‍ the Nation Almost 7 Billion Pesos

Another example where the actions of the Attorney⁤ General’s Office had positive results was the intervention in 31 administrative compulsory collection procedures, between 2023 and 2024, which avoided the illegal embargo of more ​than 45 billion ⁣pesos in resources meant for health.

With regard to the preventive field, Cabello Blanco noted that more than two thousand visits and five thousand training sessions are held for Conciliation Committees of public entities at national and territorial level, which make it possible to formulate remedial measures which‍ will have the effect ​of preventing unlawful compensation.
