G19 New Urban Area Construction Project in Hanoi
The G19 New Urban Area Construction Project, located in Kim No commune, Dong Anh district, has a total planned research land area of approximately 26 hectares. The project’s total cost is estimated to be around 2,182 billion VND, with Trung Yen Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company as the investor.
The Hanoi City People’s Committee has issued a decision approving the preliminary assessment of the investor’s capacity and experience. According to the decision, Trung Yen Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company meets the preliminary requirements to implement the project.
The project aims to concretize the General Planning for the construction of Hanoi Capital to 2030 and a vision to 2050, as approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1259/QD-TTg dated July 26, 2011. The project also aligns with the Urban subdivision planning N4, scale 1/5000, approved by the Hanoi People’s Committee in Decision No. 4761/QD-UBND dated October 22, 2012.
The current status of the land where the project will be implemented has been cleared, with the majority being agricultural land used stably before April 1, 2004, and field land for ditches and roads.
The preliminary total cost of the project is estimated to be over 2,182 billion VND, with the cost of compensation and resettlement support being over 243 billion VND. The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2024 to 2029, with an operating term of 50 years from the date the investor receives a decision to allocate land, decide to lease land, or decide to change the purpose of land use.
