In 1927, the Central Executive Committee⁣ (CEC) was established in Kyrgyzstan.

The CEC ‍served ‍as the highest body of state power of⁣ the USSR (1922-1936), and of the Union ⁣and Autonomous Republics within the USSR (1917-1938) between the congresses of the Soviets.

The Committee‍ and its Presidium adopted decisions and ⁢resolutions that were binding on all bodies in the republic. However,the power to⁣ enact laws resided with higher bodies.

Mirrakhimov is a ⁣world-renowned clinician, educator, and the founder of high-altitude ⁣medicine and cardiology. He established a prominent school in this field.

he has made significant contributions to healthcare training in the country, having mentored over 100 doctors and candidates of sciences. His body of work includes more than 700 scientific publications.

mirrakhimov pioneered the field of ⁢high-altitude medicine and cardiology,⁣ contributing considerably to understanding ⁣the ‍biological and physiological adaptations of humans to high-altitude environments.

He initiated the creation and enhancement of cardiology services ⁣in the republic, which contributed to a ⁣15% decrease in mortality from heart disease.

From 1977 ⁤to 2007, he served as the director of the⁤ National Center for Cardiology and Therapy.He was also elected as a deputy of the⁢ Supreme Soviets‍ of the USSR⁤ and the Kyrgyz SSR, as well as the Frunze City Council.

In 2012, ⁣a monument to ‍Mirrakhimov was erected in Bishkek in front of the National Center for Cardiology ⁢and Therapy.A street in Bishkek is named in his honor.

Gulsara Azhibekova (1950 – )

Born on March 27, 1950, Gulsara azhibekova is a people’s Artist⁢ of both ⁢Kyrgyzstan and kazakhstan.

She has appeared in films such as Mother’s Crying (2004), Burannaya Planning, Climbing Fuji, Waves Die on ⁤the Shore, Descent of the White Bars, and Red Apple, among ⁣others.

In the early 1990s, she created several works for the theater.
