Medical College (BJMC) in Ahmedabad has postponed all internal examinations for MBBS students. The plane crash, which impacted a hostel housing medical students, has led to importent disruption and trauma.
BJMC has also canceled the summer vacation for its medical faculty and doctors, directing them to assist in the care of those injured in the plane crash. The decision affects more than 500 students, particularly those in their first and second years, many of whom resided in the damaged hostel building.
Following the incident, over 200 students, including MBBS residents, have left their hostels, returning home due to the trauma and fear caused by the accident.College sources indicate that at least 40 students present during the crash are experiencing deep shock and distress.
