Get ready‌ to party! The Black Eyed Peas will headline the fourth edition of Chambord Live, ‌taking the stage on ⁤Sunday, June 22,⁣ 2025.

Following in the footsteps of music icons like Sting (2022) adn‌ Imagine⁤ Dragons (2023), the ⁤Grammy-winning group is set to bring ⁣their infectious energy and‌ chart-topping hits to the historic Château⁤ de Chambord.

A Legacy of ‌Hits

Formed in the‍ early 1990s,the black eyed peas achieved global stardom in the mid-2000s,captivating audiences with ‍their unique blend of hip-hop,pop,and ‍electronic music.

While ‌Fergie has since⁣ departed, the core⁤ trio of will.i.am, Taboo, and apl.de.ap, ⁢along with new vocalist J.⁣ Rey Soul, continue to deliver electrifying‌ performances. Their 2009 collaboration‍ with David Guetta on the ‍smash hit “I ‍Gotta Feeling” ⁣remains a global anthem.

“we were really marked by the incredibly festive atmosphere we had with David Guetta, where it was two⁣ hours of non-stop hits,” explains Julien Lavergne, director of⁤ AZ Prod, the concert organizer. “The Black Eyed Peas are a‍ bit in that same vein. People want to come together and listen⁢ to live music with songs they hear in clubs, at parties,‍ everywhere. It resonates. It’s a continuation of what we⁤ had with⁢ David Guetta.”

Sunday ‍Funday?

the choice of a Sunday concert date might raise eyebrows for those facing work the next day.

“It’s an international group, so we’re also constrained by their schedule and international tour,” Lavergne ⁣explains. “The date‍ was ultimately⁣ a co-constructed choice ⁣between the group’s agent and the venue’s availability.”

This Chambord performance kicks off ⁢a four-date French tour for the Black Eyed⁣ Peas, including stops at‍ the Beauregard Festival, Fête du ⁢bruit, and Garorock.

Double the Fun?

Organizers are still aiming for a double concert weekend, with hopes of securing a second artist to perform on Friday or Saturday night.

“We’re continuing to work until December to⁣ try and ‘hook’ a second artist, a ⁣second⁤ group,” Lavergne confirms.
