Tina Knowles, 71, attended Paris Fashion Week to support her grandson, Julez Smith, at the BLUEMARBLE runway show. Though, it was a different family member who stole the spotlight: her granddaughter, Blue Ivy carter.
Knowles revealed that 13-year-old Blue Ivy took on the role of makeup artist for the event. The proud grandmother showcased blue Ivy’s work in a video posted to Instagram.
The video, set to Beyoncé’s “II Hands II Heaven,” shows Blue Ivy carefully applying red lipstick to Knowles.
Knowles captioned the video,”I did not have a Makeup Artist so I asked my talented granddaughter Blue Ivy to do my makeup. She did a fabulous job. ❤️❤️ what yal think?”
This isn’t Blue Ivy’s first time exploring her beauty role. Earlier this year, Knowles shared a video of Blue Ivy professionally dyeing her eyebrows to cover gray hairs.
”I look like Dracula’s mama or something,” Knowles said in the previous video.
Beyond her makeup skills, Blue Ivy also plays a role as an actress, voicing Kiara in mufasa: The Lion King. She has also performed on stage with her mother, Beyoncé, during the NFL halftime show.
