Bluewave Technology Group Acquires TruPoint for Cloud communication Role

Bluewave Technology​ Group, a technology⁢ advisory firm based in CA, has⁤ acquired TruPoint Technology Solutions,⁣ a consulting firm located in Longwood, FL. The acquisition enhances ‍Bluewave’s⁣ role in providing cloud-based communication solutions. Bluewave cited TruPoint’s expertise in​ the ‌healthcare, financial services,‍ legal, and real estate sectors as ⁣a key reason for the acquisition.

The move strengthens Bluewave’s advisory⁢ services, notably in‌ cloud solutions. TruPoint’s established presence in key industries will allow Bluewave to ⁢offer more specialized support to its clients.

Berardi, who launched TruPoint in 2009, will join Bluewave as a Managing Partner. He noted ⁣that TruPoint’s clients will now ‌have access ‌to a wider range of providers and tailored assistance for digital‍ conversion,⁣ modernization, and M&A ⁢integration.

This acquisition​ follows Bluewave’s April acquisition of ApexIQ, formerly Endpnt.io, which ‍aimed to expand market resources for technology advisors.

With the ‌acquisition complete, Bluewave plans to integrate TruPoint’s services and⁢ expertise to offer a more extensive suite of cloud-based communication ‍solutions to its clients.The ‌company⁣ will focus on expanding its reach within the healthcare, ⁣financial services, legal,‌ and real estate sectors.
