BonBird Opens Abu Dhabi Location, Expanding Fried Chicken Footprint

BonBird, a homegrown UAE brand specializing in premium fried chicken, has inaugurated its first Abu Dhabi restaurant. The new branch, spanning 1,000 square feet, offers seating for 60 customers and operates daily from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.
The Abu Dhabi opening is part of Yolk Brands’ broader strategy to extend its quick-service restaurant (QSR) concepts throughout the UAE and internationally. BonBird’s expansion underscores its ambition to become a leading name in the fried chicken sector,both regionally and worldwide.
Launched in 2023 by Yolk Brands, BonBird has rapidly established a presence in the region. Earlier this year, Yolk Brands partnered with City restaurants Group to introduce 50 BonBird locations in the UK, marking a significant franchise agreement for a UAE-based brand.
