Following the abrupt cancellation of the 2025 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival as of severe weather, organizers have updated their refund policy. All ticket purchasers will receive a 100% refund, a reversal from the initial offer of 75%.
The announcement, made Friday via social media, also stated that future dates for the Manchester, Tenn., festival are not being announced at this time. the four-day event was shut down after only one day of performances due to heavy rains and flooded campgrounds.
The initial decision to offer only a partial refund sparked backlash, including an online petition that garnered more than 6,000 signatures, according to WZTV in Nashville. Organizers responded by increasing the refund amount.
“We want you to no that were still listening and actively discussing plans to improve The Farm that we love so much,” the statement read. “At this time,we will not be announcing future dates.”
The 2025 Bonnaroo lineup included Luke Combs, Dom Dolla, Insane Clown Posse, and Rebecca Black. Tyler, The Creator, Olivia Rodrigo, and hozier were among the other headliners scheduled to perform before the cancellation.
