Borussia Neunkirchen Welcomes Promising Young Winger, Have Amah Anneu Dimitry

Borussia Neunkirchen has added a dynamic young talent to its ranks with the signing of 19-year-old winger, Have Amah Anneu Dimitry. The Togo-born player, currently a pupil at school in Saarbrücken, has already begun to make an impact with the club’s U23 team, scoring four goals and providing two assists this season.

Dimitry, who wears the number 11 jersey, arrives at Ellenfeld with a clear ambition: to contribute to the team’s success and enjoy his football. He describes his style of play as fast, strong on the dribble, and skillful – qualities he actively cultivates by emulating his idol, Neymar Junior. “The way he handles the ball, his dribbling and the casualness and lightness in his feet have always fascinated me!” Dimitry shared.

His football journey began organically, nurtured by a father who is himself an active player. “I was literally ‘born into it’!” he explained. “Since my father is an active soccer player, I always went to training and played a bit of soccer.” He progressed through the youth systems of FTG Pfungstadt (2019-2021) and SG Oberes Köllertal (2021-2025) before joining Borussia Neunkirchen in 2025.

The decision to join Borussia wasn’t taken lightly. Dimitry was drawn to the club’s reputation as a traditional, well-supported outfit. “I was promised a big, traditional club with a lot of camaraderie and lots of supporters who cheer you on, even when you make mistakes,” he said. He clearly values the supportive environment he’s found, describing the team as a “big family where everyone supports each other and everyone has each other’s backs.” He also expressed gratitude for the club’s passionate fanbase, acknowledging their unwavering support.

Dimitry’s immediate focus is on helping Borussia Neunkirchen achieve a successful finish in the Saarland League for the remainder of the 2025/26 season. Beyond that, he hopes to impress and establish himself as a key member of the squad. “My personal goal for the rest of the 2025/26 season is: Finish the Saarland League as successfully as possible and have as much fun as you can have,” he stated. “My goal with Borussia is: Finish the season properly and convince one or other of us!”

The young winger’s arrival comes at a crucial time for Borussia Neunkirchen, as they look to build momentum and secure a strong position in the league table. His pace and trickery on the wing are expected to add a new dimension to the team’s attack, providing additional options and creating opportunities for his teammates.

Kevin Lüder, Dimitry’s current coach, has clearly played a significant role in his development. Dimitry credits Lüder as his best coach to date, praising his ability to foster a familial atmosphere. “He makes you feel like family. You can talk to him about anything and he shows understanding for a lot of things,” he explained.

Away from the football pitch, Dimitry enjoys a variety of hobbies, including tennis, table tennis, and dodgeball. Born on October 1, 2007, in Lomé, Togo, he currently resides in Saarbrücken and is unmarried with no children. His background reflects a dedication to sport and a well-rounded approach to life.

The club’s welcome message to Dimitry, signed “-jf-”, underscores the enthusiasm surrounding his arrival. Borussia Neunkirchen fans will undoubtedly be eager to witness the young winger’s talents firsthand and see how he contributes to the team’s ambitions in the coming months. His blend of skill, pace, and a clear desire to succeed suggests a bright future for this promising young player.

Dimitry’s commitment to learning from his role model, Neymar Junior, and his appreciation for a supportive coaching environment, coupled with his already impressive goal-scoring record in the U23s, position him as a player to watch. His integration into the first team will be a key storyline for Borussia Neunkirchen as they navigate the remainder of the Saarland League season.
