Chinese Media Company Gifts iPhone 16 Pro to 100 Employees,‌ Including Interns

Mediastorm, a ​media company based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province of China, has made headlines after its founder announced that the company would be gifting iPhone 16 Pro mobile phones to approximately 100 employees, including interns.

Founder Tim ‍Phan ⁢revealed this generous offer through an⁤ internal ⁣message to employees, stating, “It doesn’t matter if you’re an intern ​or a new employee. Just work with the company now, and you’ll each receive an⁣ iPhone 16⁣ Pro. The company will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes. No need to worry.”

In addition to the latest iPhone models, the company also provides Apple Watch Series 10 to employees. A company spokesperson confirmed the truth of the gift distribution to⁣ local media after a screenshot of the said message was posted on social media.

This is not the first time‍ that Mediastorm has given away high-value gifts like iPhones to employees. Previously, in 2022, the company gave iPhone 14 Pros to employees across the company, and later in 2023, employees also received iPhone 15 Pros from the​ company.

Mediastorm’s generosity has sparked envy ​among netizens on the Weibo platform, with many expressing jealousy and asking what they need to do ⁤to work for the company.
