2. Costas Verginis, PhD – Partner, Greece
   Costas brings 30 years of executive search expertise, particularly in the hospitality industry. He advises international hotel chains and governments on strategy and growth.

3. Dr. Marcus Hoffmann – Managing Partner, Germany
   Marcus has over 20 years of experience advising executives and boards, mainly in the automotive and mobility sectors. His extensive industry knowledge aids in strategic decision-making.

4. Dr. Maximilian Bader – Partner, Germany
   Maximilian has more than 20 years of experience in executive search and corporate finance. He advises investors and boards on recruitment for C-level positions across various sectors.

5. Suresh Lal – Managing Partner, United Kingdom
   Suresh leads the Affordable Housing & Responsible Real Estate sector for the UK interim management practice, providing solutions for various housing organizations. He has almost 20 years of experience in transitional leadership.

6. Giulia Teodori – Partner, Italy
   Giulia is an expert in energy transition, renewables, and sustainability. She has nearly a decade of experience guiding organizations through leadership transitions.

Richard Schmidt joins as Principal in Sweden. He specializes in executive search and leadership development, with over 20 years of experience.
