Brad Pitt is currently filming in Ireland for his upcoming drama, One for All, a big-screen adaptation of Tim Winton’s 1994 novel, The Riders. Production has been underway at Bullock Harbour in Dalkey, Co Dublin, and is expected to continue in Wicklow, Cork, and Kerry over the next two weeks.

The film, directed by Edward Berger (known for Conclave), centers on Fred Scully, portrayed by Pitt, who returns to Ireland with his wife and daughter after a two-year journey through Europe. They purchase an old farmhouse, and while Scully renovates the property, his wife Jennifer unexpectedly returns to Australia to settle their financial affairs. Upon Scully’s arrival at Shannon Airport to meet Jennifer and their daughter, Billie, he finds only Billie waiting, with no explanation for Jennifer’s absence.

The story then follows Scully and Billie as they embark on a search for Jennifer across Europe. The novel, and now the film, explores themes of family, loss, and the search for belonging against the backdrop of the Irish countryside and beyond.
