Texas A&M secured a major recruiting victory Thursday, landing a commitment from five-star athlete Brandon Arrington. The highly sought-after prospect from Spring Valley, California, chose the Aggies over Oregon, marking a significant win for second-year head coach Mike Elko.
Arrington, a 6-foot-1, 180-pound standout, is ranked as the No. 1 athlete and No. 14 overall recruit in the 2026 ESPN 300. He is projected to play cornerback at the college level. Arrington visited Penn State, Washington, Alabama, and Texas A&M before narrowing his choices.
