The Saitama Prefecture Multiple Debt Countermeasures Council (Secretariat: Saitama Prefecture) provides services such as lawyers, judicial scriveners, etc. to people who have borrowed money from consumer finance, banks, credit companies, coronavirus special loans, etc. and are having trouble paying it back. We will hold a free consultation session with experts. Please note that advance reservations are required for the consultation session.

The event will be held at 10 venues in the prefecture from November 8th (Friday) to November 22nd (Friday).

This free consultation session will be held as part of the “Multiple Debtor Consultation Strengthening Campaign 2024” implemented by the national multiple debtor task force.

*What is the Saitama Prefecture Multiple Debt Countermeasures Council?

Purpose: Promote measures related to multiple debtors, such as relief and prevention of multiple debtors, in close cooperation with related organizations.
