Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation to Hire 30 New Employees
The Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation (KDIC) has announced plans to hire 30 new employees to implement the principle of self-responsibility of financial companies and strengthen the prevention of insolvency.
The recruitment fields include general finance (management and economics), IT, and high school graduates (general administration). Applications for employment are available through the notice until 5:00 PM on the 24th.
The hiring process will consist of a written exam and first and second interviews, with only those who pass the document screening being admitted. The final successful candidates will be announced in December.
Written Exam Details
The written exam will be held on the 19th of next month, and tests will be administered on the National Competency Standards (NCS) basic job skills and major subjects (business administration, economics, and computer science for each field).
Preferential Treatment for Socially Disadvantaged Groups
In order to provide more opportunities to the socially disadvantaged, the KDIC will continue its recruitment efforts that take social diversity into account. This includes adding preferential treatment for single-parent families, North Korean defectors, multicultural families, and youth preparing for independence, in addition to preferential treatment for the disabled, veterans, and local talent.
