Urgent Investigation Launched into Residential Property Collapse in East Nasr City
Abdel-Radi Siddiq, Chief Counselor of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, has ordered an immediate investigation into the collapse of a residential property in the ”East Nasr City” district, which occurred this morning and resulted in several injuries to residents.
According to Administrative Prosecution Spokesman, Councilor Mohammad Samir, the head of the authority has tasked the Local Administration Administrative Prosecution – Section Five, to expedite the investigation and provide findings immediately.
The Cairo Security Directorate received notification of a property collapse in the Ard El Golf area east of Cairo. Civil Defense personnel have responded to the scene, and an investigation is underway to determine the extent of injuries or fatalities. Efforts by civil defense forces to evacuate many residents still trapped under the rubble are ongoing.
