Public Ministry Requests Warrant ‌of ‍Arrest Against⁣ Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia

On ⁢September 2, ​2024, the Public Ministry announced ​through⁣ social ⁢networks that it has requested​ a warrant of arrest against‌ citizen Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia. This decision comes after allegations of committing various crimes, ⁢including exercise of ‌functions, ‍formation⁤ of⁤ public document, investigation of disobedience ⁣to the laws, sabotage to ⁢damage to systems,​ and associating.

The alleged crimes are provided for and‌ sanctioned ​in the Penal Code, the Computer Crimes⁣ Law, and the Organic Law Against Organized Crime, to the detriment of the Venezuelan State.
