Panasonic Donates Air Sterilization⁢ and⁣ Deodorization Machines ‍to Assistance Dog Training Center

Panasonic Corporation Air Quality and Air Conditioning Company has‌ donated four commercial hypochlorous acid air ‌sterilization ‌and deodorization machines, “ジアイーノ” (Ziaino), to ​the “Cynthia’s Hill ⁣Comprehensive Training Center for Assistance Dogs” in June 2024. This donation aims ​to provide a clean ‌and comfortable air‌ environment for the⁣ training center.

The Assistance Dog Comprehensive Training Center – Cynthia’s Hill, ‍located⁢ in Nagakute City, Aichi ‌Prefecture,⁤ is Japan’s first specialized training facility for ⁣assistance dogs. The center welcomes many visitors ⁢who want to deepen their⁣ understanding of ⁤assistance ​dogs ‍through monthly tours and inspections. However,‌ this has led to growing ​concern about ⁣indoor ⁢air quality, including odor and hygiene.

In response to‍ this situation, Panasonic Air Quality and Conditioning ‍Company donated the Ziaino machines,⁢ which have a proven track record​ of adoption in various locations, including homes,⁢ medical facilities, educational ‍institutions, nursing ⁢care sites, and animal-related sites. The machines are ​renowned for their antibacterial and deodorizing capabilities. ‌The units were installed in⁢ locations such as the kennels where training dogs live and the ​entrance hall, where many people come and go.

A staff member at the facility commented, “We would like⁤ to make ⁤full use ⁢of the Ziaino, which contributes ⁢to a clean⁣ and comfortable air environment, ⁤so that‌ visitors‌ to ⁣Cynthia’s Hill⁢ can feel safe and secure.”

Panasonic⁢ Air Quality and ⁤Conditioning will continue ‍to utilize its unique hypochlorous acid technology to contribute‍ to creating safe and​ comfortable indoor air environments.

Testing Results

The ‍Ziaino machines have undergone⁢ rigorous testing, demonstrating their ⁣effectiveness ‍in suppressing⁢ airborne ‍bacteria and attached​ bacteria, ⁤as well⁣ as reducing odors.

• For airborne ‌bacteria: Suppressed by more‌ than 99% after ⁤10 ​minutes with F-JDU75 (Kitasei-hatsu 2021_1230)
• For attached ‌bacteria: ​Suppressed by more​ than 99% after 45 minutes with F-JDU75 (Kitasei-hatsu 2021_0370)
• For odors: Reduced by more than⁢ 99% after 180 minutes ⁢(odor intensity 2.0 or less. Natural ⁣attenuation 3.0 or more)

These results demonstrate ​the effectiveness of the Ziaino machines in creating a clean and comfortable air environment.
