The film introduces piper (Sora Wong) and Andy (Billy Barratt), step-siblings bound by a protective relationship. After their father’s death, they enter foster care under Laura’s supervision. Laura, though, fixates on Piper, who resembles her deceased daughter Cathy (Mischa Heywood). The Cruel Climax of Bring Her Back

Piper discovers Andy’s body and tries to escape, but Laura subdues her and begins the ritual.
As Laura drowns Piper, Piper cries out “Mom,” causing Laura to realize she cannot go through with the act.Piper escapes and is rescued by her goalball coach. Police later find Laura with Cathy’s remains and Connor, who has regained his senses.
