Origins and Career Development
Brian McElhaney and Nick Kocher first met in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Atlanta Workshop Players Performing Arts Camp. They later attended New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts together, starting in 2004.
While students at New York University, they began creating and performing videos. They officially began performing as BriTANicK in 2008, notably opening for Robin Williams at the SF Sketchfest.
The name BriTANicK is a combination of the names Brian and Nick, along with the word Titanic
.

Professional Recognition and Live Performance

Nick Kocher was born on January 15, 1986, in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from The Paideia School and New York University. Kocher married Karen Gillan in 2022 and they have one child.
