Bryant Baseball Unveils Ambitious 56-Game Slate for 2025 Season
SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant Bulldogs baseball team is gearing up for a challenging and exciting 2025 season, with head coach Steve Klosterman announcing a 56-game schedule packed with tough opponents and key conference matchups.
The Bulldogs, fresh off their 2024 America East Championship victory, will kick off their sixth season under Klosterman on February 14th with a three-game series against Davidson.
“We’re looking forward to a competitive schedule that will test our team from the very beginning,” said Klosterman.”We’ve got some exciting matchups against strong programs, and we’re eager to see how our guys rise to the challenge.”
Early Season Road Tests
The Bulldogs will spend the first four weekends of the season on the road, facing off against a diverse group of opponents. They’ll take on two teams from the Atlantic 10 Conference (Davidson and Dayton), one from the Colonial Athletic Association (Delaware), and one from the powerhouse Big 12 Conference (UCF).
bryant returns to Davidson for the third time in four seasons, seeking to build on their notable 2023 performance where they swept the Wildcats for the first time in program history.
The Bulldogs will then head to Orlando to face UCF, hoping for better weather than their rain-shortened series in 2024.
Home Opener and Key Conference Battles
Bryant will make history on february 25th, hosting Merrimack for the earliest home game in program history. This will be followed by a home game against Merrimack on March 4th, sandwiched between weekend trips to Delaware and dayton.The Bulldogs will then face Rhode Island on March 11th before embarking on a nine-game homestand, featuring matchups against Northeastern, Brown, Harvard (their first meeting since 2011), and the first America East series of the season against UAlbany. The homestand concludes with a rivalry clash against Sacred Heart on March 25th.
Road Warriors and Championship Chase
the Bulldogs will then hit the road for eight of their next nine games, including a three-game series at UMass Lowell, a midweek matchup against Brown, and a league series at Binghamton.
Bryant returns to Conaty Park for four games in late April, hosting URI and UMass Lowell before embarking on a road trip that includes stops at Sacred Heart, UAlbany, and Stonehill.
May brings two home league series against Maine and NJIT, with a midweek trip to Merrimack in between. the Bulldogs’ final home game is scheduled for May 13th against Stonehill, before concluding the regular season at UMBC.
The 2025 America East Baseball Championships will be held in Orono,Maine,from may 21st to 24th.
With a challenging schedule and a talented roster, the Bryant Bulldogs are poised for another successful season in 2025.

The season kicks off on Febuary 14th with a three-game road series against Davidson, a team Bryant swept for the first time in program history in 2023.
