BTS has officially commenced the Arirang World Tour, marking the group’s first full-scale concert series since the completion of their mandatory South Korean military service. The tour began on April 9, 2026, with a series of performances at Goyang Stadium in Goyang, South Korea.

The tour is designed to support the group’s 2026 studio album, also titled Arirang. According to reports from HYBE and the Weverse platform, the global circuit will run from April 2026 through March 14, 2027, featuring a total of 85 shows across 34 cities in 23 countries.

Tour Schedule and Global Reach

The Arirang World Tour is structured as a stadium tour, spanning Asia, North America, Europe, Latin America and Oceania. Following the opening dates in Goyang, the group is scheduled to perform at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan, on April 17 and April 18, 2026.

The North American leg begins in late April 2026. Confirmed dates include three shows at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, on April 25, April 26, and an added date on April 28. This will be followed by performances at Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, Texas, on May 2 and May 3, 2026.

The tour will also feature multiple stadium shows in major U.S. Cities later in the year. Las Vegas will host performances at Allegiant Stadium on May 23, May 24, and May 27, 2026. In Los Angeles, the group is scheduled to perform at SoFi Stadium on September 1, September 2, September 5, and September 6, 2026.

In Mexico, the group will perform at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City on May 7, May 9, and May 10, 2026.

Production and Ticketing

The performances for the Arirang World Tour will utilize a 360-degree stage setup. The scale of the tour was previously highlighted in October 2025, when Bloomberg News reported that the event would be the largest world tour in the group’s history.

Production and Ticketing

Demand for the tour has been significant, with tickets for the South Korean, North American, and European legs selling out within hours of the pre-sale and general sale launches. The high demand led to diplomatic interest in Mexico, where President Claudia Sheinbaum appealed to South Korean President Lee Jae Myung to increase the number of shows in Mexico after local promoter Ocesa indicated the itinerary was too packed to add more dates.

On April 8, 2026, BTS announced the addition of three more concerts to the Latin American leg of the tour, scheduling one additional show each in Lima, Santiago, and Buenos Aires.

Career Context

The Arirang World Tour is the fourth concert tour by the group. It follows their previous major outing, Permission to Dance on Stage, which took place between 2021 and 2022. The 2026-2027 tour serves as the primary vehicle for the group’s return to live performances as a full seven-member ensemble.

The first batch of tour dates was officially announced on January 13, 2026, with the album title Arirang being revealed two days later. Further dates for Japan and the Middle East are expected to be added in 2027.
