Tony Wu and MUBI are collaborating on a unique dining experience tied to the premiere of Wong Kar-wai’s new series, Blossoms Shanghai. The brewery, known for its industrial aesthetic and rotating selection of beers, will also offer a limited-edition burger, a chipancho, and paletas heladas. The brewery produces a variety of lagers, sours, and hop-forward beers.

Sifón, a Chacarita soda-themed space, is introducing a limited-edition Wagyu Cheeseburger created in collaboration with Juan Barcos, chef of parrilla Madre Rojas and owner of Barcos &. Sons wagyu. The burger features wagyu beef, cheddar cheese, ketchup, and red onion, served with cashew-infused fries. The Wagyu Cheeseburger is available for a limited time at a launch price of $18,000.
