China Construction Bank Launches 2024 Online Charity Event

China Construction Bank (CCB) has launched its 2024 online charity event, “Good Builders Benefit Together,” in collaboration with several public welfare organizations. The event aims to support various charitable projects across the country, including education, healthcare, and community development initiatives.

The event, which runs from September 12 to October 12, allows registered users of CCB Mobile Banking and CCB Life APP to accumulate love points by logging in, commenting, and participating in other activities. These points will contribute to the charity event’s overall impact.

Charitable Projects

CCB has partnered with the China Education Development Foundation, China Women’s Development Foundation, and China Youth Development Foundation to support four types of public welfare projects:

  • High School Student Growth Plan: Provides scholarships to students from economically disadvantaged families with excellent academic performance.
  • Mother’s Health Express: Offers healthcare services to mothers in need.
  • Hope Project·CCB Room 5: Supports the development of primary schools.
  • Light up Micro Wishes: Grants wishes to individuals in need.

Local Impact

The “High School Student Growth Plan” project has been implemented in Kaifeng High School for 15 years, donating nearly 400,000 yuan and issuing 120 scholarships to help students complete their studies. This year, several local projects have participated in the charity event, including the “Building Dreams with Love, Flying High, Helping Students, Building People, and Building the Future” project of Zhongmu County No. 1 Senior High School.

A 70-Year Legacy of Public Service

As CCB celebrates its 70th anniversary, the bank reaffirms its commitment to public service and social responsibility. The “Good Builders Benefit Together” charity event is a testament to CCB’s dedication to giving back to the community and supporting vulnerable groups.

By participating in this event, CCB aims to inspire more citizens to join hands and contribute to building a harmonious society.
