The aim of the initiative “Dwyn am Wên” is to raise five hundred million pesos to act on ninety children in Montería. Taking place on November 9, this event features a group of amateur cyclists who will travel around the country to raise awareness and support. His connection to Colombia is obvious; “This is my pilot country,” he said, highlighting his desire to contribute to local development.

As a woman in a leadership position, Margarita Paz Garrido recognizes the challenges that women face in the corporate field, but also highlights the ability they have to provide innovative perspectives in decision making. “We promote a collaborative environment that positively influences the culture of the organisation,” he added.
