Job Summary

We are seeking⁢ a‌ highly skilled Real Estate ‍Developer with Japanese‌ language proficiency to join our team. As a Real Estate Developer, you⁣ will be ⁣responsible ⁣for collecting property ⁢market data, conducting due diligence, and preparing reports for internal approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect property market data from property developers and agents in the UK
• Conduct⁣ due diligence on‌ potential projects, considering factors such as property, location, investment size, ​current ​real estate status, and licensing status
• Prepare reports for internal approval and submit to the head office in Japan
• Build and maintain strong relationships with collaborative partners
• Ensure adherence to all regulations related ⁢to investment operations
• Perform general administrative tasks ⁤for the corporation’s operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience ⁢in property investment or investment ⁤and financing in a financial institution or similar
• Knowledge of or strong interest in ‌property markets and ‌finance
• Understanding ⁢of finance principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Business-level ⁢English language skills
• Business-level Japanese language skills
• Strong organizational and⁢ time ⁤management skills
