Nach den Herausforderungen der Corona-Pandemie hat⁢ sich die Bauwirtschaft in graubünden auf einem soliden Niveau eingependelt. Der Baumeisterverband gab am Mittwoch ⁣bekannt, dass sich die Branche bei “rund einer Milliarde Franken” konsolidiert hat.

Ein wesentlicher Faktor für die Stabilität ist ⁣der Tiefbau. Laut Mitteilung erreichte sein Anteil an der Bautätigkeit wieder 55 prozent, nachdem er im ⁢Vorjahr auf ⁢50 Prozent gesunken‍ war. Der Branchenverband schrieb: ⁢ Der öffentlich geprägte Tiefbau behält damit seinen hohen Stellenwert für die Bauwirtschaft im Kanton Graubünden.

Die Auftragseingänge sind ⁣im Jahr 2024 gegenüber dem vorjahr um insgesamt 10,7 ⁣Prozent gesunken. Im langjährigen Vergleich‍ befindet sich das Niveau eher auf einem⁣ tieferen Stand. Der Verband sieht einen möglichen grund in der zunehmenden Verzögerung von Projekten, welche durch Einsprachen blockiert werden.

Für ⁢das laufende Jahr 2025 erwartet‍ die Branche eine ähnliche Nachfragesituation wie im vergangenen Jahr.

Die branche hat jedoch bereits Massnahmen ergriffen: Mit den revidierten und modernen Bildungserlassen von der Grundbildung bis zur Höheren Fachbildung habe die Branche die ⁢entsprechenden⁣ Weichen ⁤bereits gestellt.

Die Bauwirtschaft trägt gemäss eigenen Angaben 10 Prozent zur Wertschöpfung der Bündner⁢ Volkswirtschaft bei. Im Bauhauptgewerbe ⁤Graubündens waren ‍per Ende Juni 2024 insgesamt 4985 Personen tätig, was ⁢einem Zuwachs von 224 ⁤Personen (+4,7 Prozent) gegenüber ⁣2023 entspricht.
